The BC-24 is a basic BCD designed for the entry level scuba divers.  This BCD performs is designed and manufactured with the same high standards and materials as the other high-end BCD's.  It just doesn't have the other D-rings as the more "Tec" models.  We believe that a when you purchase a low cost BCD, you should not have to "settle" for any less performance.
