AQUATEC OFFICIAL WARRANTY POLICY

When you buy Aquatec life support products from your authorized dealer you are buying from trained professionals who can instruct you on the proper and safe use of your equipment. You also receive the Aquatec USA factory warranty. Non-authorized dealers cannot provide you with the factory warranty, and do not have access to the latest technical and product upgrade information. As a result products they sell may be unsuitable for their intended purpose.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
AQUATEC warrants to the original purchaser that for a period of one year from your date of purchase, your AQUATEC PRODUCT  will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with reasonable maintenance, except that this warranty shall not apply to any AQUATEC PRODUCT used commercially. This warranty is void if your AQUATEC PRODUCT was purchased from anyone other than an authorized AQUATEC dealer. The warranties covering the AQUATEC PRODUCT does not cover damage to the product resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, neglect of care or unauthorized repair, or use in chlorine water without special preventative maintenance. AQUATEC will at its option, repair or replace without charge any components of the AQUATEC PRODUCT that it finds defective in materials or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver your AQUATEC PRODUCT together with proof of purchase to the AQUATEC Factory Service Center located at 3111 Via Mondo, Rancho Dominguez, California 90221. If you deliver the your AQUATEC PRODUCT using a postal carrier, you must pay the shipping charges to the factory. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE. AQUATEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED WITH THE USE OF THE AUDIO POWER INFLATOR No salesperson, dealer or representative is authorized to make any modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
